Elaine fearlessly explores new ideas, collaborating with her team in the Professional Learning Team (PLT) to push boundaries and embrace creativity in the teaching of the English Language. In addition, her leadership in the Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) program brings subject champions together, creating a dynamic and cohesive learning experience.
