All Singapore Citizens students will have an Edusave account automatically opened for them and receive a yearly contribution. Parents can sign up for Edusave standing order to use your child’s Edusave account to pay for the 2nd tier miscellaneous fees and enrichment programmes to reduce your out-of-pocket expense.
Complete the online Edusave Standing Order Form with either parent's SingPass login.
Please submit the application by 6 Jan 2023.;

For Singapore Citizen students who intend to apply for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), please do not make the purchase for books and PE attire until you are updated on the outcome of the MOE FAS application.
There is no refund for purchase of books and PE attire. Upon approval of the MOE FAS, you will be entitled to free books and PE attire.

NASCANS Pte Ltd which has been in operations for over a decade, is the operator in SCGS.
Our mission is to help children develop positive, healthy thinking habits and leadership skills, and to build strength of
character through fun learning activities. We work closely with the school and parents to provide
homework supervision, quality enrichment and character development programmes to help develop
students holistically in the after-school hours.
Kindly note that due to the limited vacancies, priority will be given to students under MOE Financial
Assistance Scheme (FAS) and students without adequate home support after school hours.
If you would like to place your child in NASCANS @ Blangah Rise Student Care Centre in 2023, please
